Marquee Weddings
On the Day Coordination for Marquee Weddings
This service works with you a month before the wedding day ensuring you have organised everything and highlighting what you have got left ‘to do’ PLUS most importantly attending the wedding day itself to ensure absolutely everything goes perfectly to plan.
Working with Brides and Grooms who are holding their day in a marquee where no in house staff exist. I take on the role of wedding planner, function manager and speaker.
*One x 2 hour meetings the month before the wedding date
(Confirming all arrangements, to do list planning, preparing the schedule for the day, confirming all timings and suppliers)
*One x 2 hour meeting the day before the wedding
*Attending the wedding day itself – ensuring it runs smoothly and that all arrangements are taken care of – liaising between suppliers
*Wedding Pack included
(Timeline, spread sheets, budget monitoring, seating plans etc)
